ABC Box

A new addition to the My Creations line is a Memory Game.  This box measures approximately 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" with a magnetic closure and twenty-four (24) 3" x 3" chipboard pieces inside.  There are lots of things you can do with this "game" besides the namesake.  Here, I chose to make the game into a learning tool.  I've taken pictures of all of the family members and made an, you guessed it, ABC box!

I covered one side of the inserts with background texture paper, a punch, and a letter of the alphabet (I did double up on a few letters).  Then I glued the pictures of the family members (including dogs and a cat) to the other side labeled with the appropriate name.  Here's what these look like:

At the end of the box, I put in the statement shown in the picture. :)

My girls really enjoyed looking at the pictures of their Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, and Grandparents (oh, I guess siblings and parents should be included too).  For those letters I didn't have a family member's picture, I stamped something.  The best part is that the girls will look back at this years from now and marvel at how everyone looks today.
